• Everyone who wants to speak, attend, or promote products at the scientific meetings must register.
• The registration fee includes a participation certificate, name badge, and entrance to the congress center.
• All registrations become final with payment. Please send your payment receipt to the organization secretariat by email (info@essrmeetsturkiye.org) for confirmation.
• Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect possible changes in taxes, duties, and fees in the prices.
Registration Cancellation Conditions
• Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to Serenas Tourism.
• Full refunds will be made for cancellations made in writing before July 15, 2024.
• For written cancellation requests made between July 15 and July 30, 2024, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• No refunds will be made for cancellation requests after July 30, 2024.
Accommodation Package
Holiday Inn Çukurambar

• The prices are for a 2-night package. VAT is not included in the above prices. 10% VAT will be added.
• All hotel package prices include 2 nights of bed&breakfast accommodation from August 30, 2024 (check-in) to September 1, 2024 (check-out).
• Each package accommodation is valid for one person and cannot be shared by multiple people.
• All accommodation confirmations will be finalized with payment. Please send the relevant receipt to info@essrmeetsturkiye.org after payment. Requests that have been paid for and submitted will be confirmed in writing based on hotel availability. Applications made with only a bank receipt and unconfirmed budget requests will not be accepted and will be put on a waiting list.
