ESSR meets Türkiye will be held on August 31 - September 1, 2024, at the Holiday Inn Çukurambar Hotel in Ankara.

The official language of the meeting is English.

Registration and Information Desks

The registration and information desk at the Holiday Inn Çukurambar Hotel, which is the meeting hotel, will start operating from August 30. All guests will be welcomed by SERENAS personnel at the hotel.

Name Badges

All participants will be provided with name badges. To ensure the orderly conduct of the meeting, it is requested that name badges be worn at all times.

Participation Certificate

The certificate will be sent to all registered participants by email after the meeting.

Permissions

Invitation letters requested for submission to institutions for congress participation will be sent to interested participants through the Congress Secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. Registration and accommodation fees are the responsibility of the guests holding these invitation letters.
